HARBIN, Jan. 5 (Xinhua) -- The 41st Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival kicked off at the Harbin Ice-Snow World in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province on Sunday with the theme "Dream of Winter, Love among Asia."
